ACH Authorization Agreement for Water & Sewer Bills

The City of Prairie du Chien offers Auto ACH Payment Authorization for your water and sewer billing from your bank account.  To sign up:

  1. Print an Authorization Agreement from:  cityofpdc.com - Government - ACH Authorization Agreement For Water And Sewer Bill, or stop at City Hall to pick up the application.
  2. Complete the application and mail the form to: City of Prairie du Chien, PO Box 324, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821, or drop off the application at City Hall, 214 East Blackhawk Avenue (after hours drop box is located in the back parking lot).

You will receive your bill in the mail, and the ACH Pull Date  (date the funds are pulled from your bank account) will be printed on your bill.
